Celebration of Life
May 2, 1933 - August 5, 2022
Marjorie Jean Pelletier, aka Marge or Maggie, 89 passed away on
Friday morning August 5th at her daughter Suzanne's home at Fort
Walton Beach, Florida her favorite place to be, and was surrounded
by family.
She was born in Cambridge, MA on May 2, 1933, the daughter of
Herman L. Swallow and Jean (Noiles) Swallow of Nova Scotia. She is
predeceased by her husband Joseph Paul Pelletier and grandson
Michael Williams
She loved and lived for her family. Her best days were when she was
surrounded by her kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Every Christmas she would look around from a distance and say,
“Look what I made”. She loved reading, working, shopping, and
driving us nuts. She was funny and loved to travel, right up to her last
trip to Florida the weekend of July 23rd– we weren’t sure if she would
make it but what a trooper and a woman of determination – she was
going back to FL at any cost. She enjoyed the Florida sun and “her”
birds for over a week then began slipping away. She left us all with
the greatest gift of all, each other. She is very much loved by all, and
we all miss her.
She is survived by 7 Children: Renee, Jeanine, Jay (Joseph) and wife
Richelle, Michelle and husband Donny, Suzanne, Jeffrey, Andrew, and
wife LuAnn.
14 Grand Children: Benjamin, Jason, Joe 3rd., Gordie, Shannon, Kaitlyn,
Mia, Claire, Renee, Jessica, Brett, and Brandon; step grand kids; David
and Alicia
17 Great Grand Children: Michael, Benjamin, Kate, Joe 4 th , Josiah,
Savannah, Alexa, Braeden, Grayson, Natalie, Amelia, Adriana, Mila,
Olivia, Payton, Jaylin, Savannah
She is also survived by her youngest sister Phyllis Pottle, husband
David and Nieces Heather and Jessica.
Mother loved trees which is why she chose to live again through the
roots of a Purple Lilac Tree. Her tree planting and service will take
place at The Life Forest, the first living cemetery in NH.
