Celebration of Life

Michael Patrick Daly

July 27, 1951 - June 25, 2020

Michael Patrick Daly
Born: July 27, 1951
Died: June 25, 2020
Eldest son of: Donald Daly and Mary Jane (Kettering) Daly
Brother to: Franny, Mary Ann, and Daniel.
Uncle to: Shannon, Bethany, Donald, Jacob, and Nicholas.

Michael, Mike, The Mayor, Mayor, Uncle, Son, Father.

Michael was known to many people and also by many names, nicknames, nom de plume and even titles. He loved to experience life for all it could offer and more.

A hippy at heart, Michael never stayed too long in one place early in life. He moved all over New England, and to Florida following his heart and his passions where they would lead him. But he would also always find his way home to his family.

Michael loved to laugh and joke. He found himself to be extremely funny. To his grand-nieces he became known as “Uncle Bozo” when, at the age of 8, his grand Niece Jolene called him a Clown on a phone call. He liked videogames, music, art, dogs, nature, and so much more.

Michael was educated in Nashua NH at Bishop Guertin High School; and later obtained his associates degree. He had a natural talent for art, and humor. Though, neither provided him with a career. He was an excellent cook, and worked at restaurants up and down the east coast.

Michael did not make fly-by-night friends; he imprinted on the people he met and became family to all.

Predeceased by both his parents Donald Daly and Mary Jane (Kettering) Daly, as well as his younger brother Daniel Daly. Michael was followed one year later by his sister Frances (Daly) Ottman. He is deeply missed by his sister Mary Ann; his nieces Shannon Vancelette and Bethany Tozier, his nephews Donald Ottman, Jacob Daly and Nicholas Daly; his grand nieces and nephews, friends, family
and more.
